Legendary Dogs is seeking an Operations Leader to drive efficient store operations across locations. You will manage inventory accuracy, organize back-of-house processes, and support the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will lead back-of-house staff, train teammates, and collaborate with sales to forecast demand, keeping shelves well-stocked and workflows smooth from back to front of house.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage stock levels and perform regular audits.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience supporting front-of-house operations and coordinating with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storing, and organizing inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and manage reorder processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and restocking.
• Maintain clean, organized back-of-house areas and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist front desk with inventory queries and support customer requests.
• Lead and train back-of-house staff to follow procedures and standards.
• Monitor product expirations and rotate stock to minimize waste.
• Document inventory movements and transactions accurately.
