Foundation Risk Partners in Orange County is seeking an Operations Leader to strategically guide the Orange office and collaborate with the Glendale team, Business Unit Leader, and Sales Leadership to drive growth, accountability, operational excellence, and employee development.

This role leads 60+ Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits professionals, building structure, ensuring quality control, and achieving key business objectives while fostering a culture of growth and client

Qualifications

• Active California insurance license(s).
• 5+ years of insurance leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 60+ insurance professionals across multiple disciplines.
• Partner with Business Unit Leader and Sales Leadership to support growth, retention, and profitability goals.
• Create accountability around performance expectations and service standards.
• Hire, onboard, develop, and manage performance improvement as needed.
• Drive quality control initiatives, workflow consistency, and operational best practices.
• Monitor and improve key service, sales support, and operational KPI metrics.
