BIBIBOP is seeking an Operations Leader to partner with the General Manager in driving daily restaurant operations. You will lead a team, ensure top service quality, and manage schedules, inventory, and compliance. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and consistency in food quality.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in fast-paced settings, strong communication, and adaptability to dynamic challenges while supporting growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Two years in a management or leadership role in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop’s signature service and quality.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
• Address guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.
