Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across retail, fuel, restaurant, and service areas, driving efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet goals in a dynamic travel-stop environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail/travel stop management, experience managing operations with >$2M annual sales, and strong budgeting/P&L understanding, plus proficient MS

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
Strong customer service mindset and ability to build positive rapport with customers and team.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced retail/travel stop environment.

Responsibilities

Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations up to and potentially including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
