You will lead a team, manage process controls, ensure safety and cleanliness, and drive initiatives to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail management experience, strong P&L understanding, and a proven track record of team development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales of $2+ million or more.
• 2+ years analyzing budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales.
• Assist General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash handling, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting and drive changes to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
