Key responsibilities include coordinating store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care operations, maintaining safety and facility standards, and collaborating on talent acquisition. Strong leadership and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, travel stop or c-store management preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and P&L statements.
• Experience supervising 5-10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of facilities.
• Drive sales through inventory, pricing, and merchandising standards.
• Assist General Manager with execution of tasks, scheduling, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
