You’ll manage call-by-call performance, hold crews to standards, and drive data-driven reviews to improve service results. Onboarding and probation culminate in a base salary plus a performance bonus plan.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Call-by-Call Management: actively running the daily service scoreboard and monitoring metrics.
• Technician Accountability: lead morning huddles, audit field processes, ensure adherence to customer service playbook.
• Performance Tracking: conduct structured reviews based on metrics and results.
