Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, healthcare admin, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of progressive healthcare operations management experience.
• Experience overseeing EVS, linen, or transport operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee EVS, Linen, and Patient Transport operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with Nursing and Support departments to ensure seamless service.
