Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of operations and people management experience.
• Senior care or caregiving experience or willingness to learn.
• Strong business acumen with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset — spot issues early and bring solutions.
• Strong collaboration with team and community partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general internet tools.
• Comfort learning new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support care and office teams in daily operations.
• Set and execute business strategy aligned with company goals and mission.
• Build new partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
• Drive programs that ensure high-quality client care and efficient use of resources.
• Champion client satisfaction and experience.
• Guide staffing and recruitment to meet business needs.
• Oversee training and development for care and office staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Uphold company policies and administrative standards.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records in partnership with Payroll.
• Oversee and finalize billing and payroll.
• Manage deposits, reimbursements, and related financial processes in coordination with client services.
• Track the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for market and client growth.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
