ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, Denver, CO, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the DHMS program’s day-to-day operations, coordinate with IT, logistics, and security, and ensure efficient execution in a government-contract environment.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage risk, and lead staff through interviews, onboarding, performance reviews, and corrective actions, while maintaining timekeeping compliance and effective labor management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber Security, Business, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, including management
• Experience working on government contracts
• COM (Certified Operations Manager) certification

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, and other stakeholders to optimize DHMS program operations
• Ensure compliance with USACE policies; drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and implement effective operational strategies; conduct operational assessments and risk management
• Use management tools for performance analysis; develop operational documentation; apply data security best practices
• Oversee, direct, and mentor subordinate staff; conduct interviews/screenings, onboarding, performance reviews, and corrective actions
• Maintain timekeeping compliance and charge authorization/labor category management
• Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, client, and other departments
• Ensure program activities operate within organizational policy, relevant legislation, and professional standards
• Exercise independent judgment and problem resolution with minimal direct oversight in a demanding government-contract environment
