Job summary

Sephora in Columbia, SC is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store performance and customer experience. You will lead the operations team, oversee inventory, replenishment, and merchandising, and coach teammates to perform at their best in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll champion brand presentation, coordinate events, maintain store standards, and collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding service while supporting store goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
