Job summary

Sephora Houston Galleria is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store efficiency and an exceptional client experience. You’ll lead the operations team, oversee inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, and brand presentation to support sales goals.

You’ll coach and develop teammates, promote inclusivity, and uphold Sephora standards while adapting to peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities
