Job summary

Sephora in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store performance through inventory control, merchandising, and service excellence. You will coach the team, manage replenishment, and ensure smooth store operations to enhance the client experience.

The role requires at least 2 years of leadership in retail or hospitality, strong communication and organizational skills, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
