Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational activities for undergrad education portfolio.
• Lead supervision, performance management, and professional development for staff.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, reports, and partner on budgeting and forecasting.
• Serve as liaison with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, Facilities, Student Affairs and others.
• Lead strategic initiatives and coordinate communications and assessments.
• Support educational programs and student success initiatives through resource coordination.
• Plan and execute meetings, events, workshops, and advisory activities with budgets and schedules.
• Interpret and apply university policies; ensure compliance across departments.
• Coordinate HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll-related transactions.
• Collect and report operational and workforce data to support decision-making and accreditation.
