Job summary

Serendipity Labs is seeking a General Manager of Operations to lead a high-performance team in a hospitality-driven coworking environment. You will be responsible for end-to-end P&L, revenue growth, and cost control while delivering an upscale member experience.

Lead Lab Team, drive local partnerships, and manage meetings and events to maximize member engagement and new business opportunities. Strong leadership and operational excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in hospitality-driven environment and proven P&L management experience.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, revenues, and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage overall P&L, revenue goals across all lines, and cost control.
• Lead Lab Team to deliver exceptional member experiences and local community engagement.
• Drive brand awareness, partnerships, and broker relationships in the local market.
• Oversee M&E events pipeline and ensure a high-quality end-to-end experience for hosts and guests.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, billing, and vendor management in line with budgets.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, onboarding, and CRM data integrity.
• Provide escalation point for team and members and maintain brand standards.
