Job summary

Serendipity Labs, a premium coworking and hospitality company, is seeking a General Manager of Operations for its Clayton location. This full-time role carries end-to-end responsibility for revenue, costs, and guest experience, and requires leading a Lab Team to deliver an upscale member experience.

You will oversee meetings and events, drive local marketing, manage vendor relations, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining brand standards across all services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a hospitality-driven environment with proven P&L management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience driving revenue, memberships, and event services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and business tools.

Responsibilities

• Take overall P&L responsibility and drive revenue while controlling costs.
• Lead Lab Team to deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Develop local marketing and community outreach to increase brand awareness.
• Oversee meetings and events from lead generation to billing.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely invoicing.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure high service levels.
