Job summary

You will oversee Facilities and Maintenance, Security, and Administrative teams, ensuring safe, well-maintained facilities, budgets, contracts, and day-to-day support that empower every team to work effectively.

Qualifications

• BA or higher in business/operations-related field.
• Six+ years in operations, facilities, or business management.
• At least five years supervising staff.
• Experience working with youth programs or youth-focused operations.
• Demonstrated budgeting and procurement experience.
• Proven vendor relationships and service contract oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the annual business operations plan, including facilities, security, and administrative systems.
• Oversees budget, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Leads administrative, facilities, and security teams to deliver safe, welcoming operations.
