Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Operations Leader to serve as the tactical backbone of its HTO robotic test enterprise. You will own operating cadence, performance dashboards, and cross-functional execution to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.

You will translate strategy into action, build reporting structures, and drive efficiency while coordinating aviation test operations and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent in a related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 7+ years in business operations, program management, or operational leadership in technical/defense contexts.
• Strong financial forecasting, resource planning, and budget tracking skills.
• Ability to establish cadence, dashboards, scorecards and reporting from scratch.
• Experience in aviation, aerospace, or unmanned systems operations.
• Hands-on data tools proficiency: Excel modeling, BI dashboards, or similar.
• Track record building or improving a service organization with SLAs and accountability.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for senior leadership.
• Bias for action with a practical, results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and maintain clear communication.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Own HTO support operations and organizational rhythm for cadence, reviews, and cross-functional coordination.
• Define, instrument, and report headcount, capacity, and burn-rate metrics.
• Lead financial performance execution and resource planning across the org.
• Advance the service organization maturity with SLAs and process standards.
• Coordinate aviation/test operations scheduling, airworthiness, and range readiness.
• Track cross-functional handoffs and report on VP initiatives.
• Support PDP milestone processes across gates and test frameworks.
• Identify process gaps and implement fixes to reduce drag.
• Ensure clear communication and decision-ready information for leadership.
