Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks an Operations Leader for the Hardware Test & Operations (HTO) organization. You will own operating cadence, metrics, and financial plans to scale a fast-paced test enterprise, aligning pillar leads, program teams, and leadership.

You will translate strategy into action, build processes, and ensure execution discipline with a bias for action and strong analytical skills, including aviation/test operations context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/engineering/aviation fields.
• 7+ years in business operations, program management, or operational leadership in a tech/defense environment, with at least 3+ years cross-functional experience.
• Strong financial forecasting, resource planning, and budget tracking experience.
• Ability to build and sustain operational rhythms: reviews, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Experience in aviation, aerospace, or unmanned systems operations.
• Proficiency in data tools (Excel modeling, BI dashboards).
