Responsibilities

• Oversee a growing office supporting multiple service lines.
• Focus on management of projects, quality, and employee utilization.
• Review contracts and proposals prepared by office personnel.
• Monitor job status reports and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain client contacts for future development of new business.
• Grow office in line with the strategic plan with Director, Regional Operations.
• Manage risk related to projects; ensure contracts are signed and executed.
• Drive financial metrics among managers to maintain profitability.
• Communicate safety initiatives and enforce guidelines.
• Promote continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
