Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC seeks a results-driven Operations Manager for the Tampa, FL area. This full-time role requires leadership to drive customer and employee retention, optimize labor and EBITDA, and oversee service center operations and staffing.

The position offers a competitive salary with performance bonuses and a full suite of company-provided benefits. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in management and a business-related degree, with a solid grasp of P&L and payroll.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years experience in management and/or a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
• High school diploma acceptable with related education.
• General understanding of Profit and Loss.
• US driver’s license valid for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record (≤1 moving violation in past year; ≤2 in past 4 years).
• Drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer retention, employee retention, and service center EBITDA.
• Balance labor utilization with production to optimize efficiency.
• Manage inventory and fleet within the service center.
• Direct hiring activities and communicate with recruiting lead.
• Oversee payroll for Service Professionals and Supervisors.
• Set vision and expectations for the work group.
• Strive for high operational efficiency and effective labor management.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement to deliver quality services.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
