Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
1 year of experience in operations/distribution/logistics/supervising or Walmart Logistics Area Manager experience.
Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring and developing managers/supervisors.

Responsibilities

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing with customers, suppliers, and associates.
Drive and implement the business plan for the area to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety) and implement improvements.
Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands and analyze reports to identify improvements.
Supervise and manage associates and leaders, provide feedback and develop training and growth opportunities.
Promote Walmart values and maintain a culture of belonging and integrity.
