• 1 year of experience as Walmart Logistics Area Manager or 3 years in operations/distribution/logistics/retail with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals and implement operational improvements.
• Forecast staffing, workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards and policies.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns with guidance as needed.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, including hiring, promotion, coaching and evaluation.
