PTSolutions is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee non-sales functions at our Tukwila, WA location, guiding customer service, warehouse operations, and pricing activities. You will work with leadership to meet site goals and improve efficiency.

The role emphasizes strong supervision, pricing oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value for our customers and our operations. Must reside near Tukwila and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Five years in supervisory or management role in distribution is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas) and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; must be 21+ to drive company vehicle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed with strong productivity and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-sales functions at assigned location (customer service, vending, warehouse).
• Setup and maintain customer pricing; review pricing overrides.
• Monitor team productivity and drive operational efficiencies.
• Oversee delivery vehicle and building maintenance.
• Provide management with performance reports; mentor associates.
