PTSolutions is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Tukwila, WA branch. You will oversee operations, customer service, warehousing, and team guidance to help neighbors find the right tool for the job.

Responsibilities include coordinating stocking levels, handling orders and returns, and supervising staff while aligning with company objectives and policies. This role requires strong communication and a customer‑centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience leading branch operations in distribution or similar industry.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to manage inventory and work cross-functionally with sales and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations, including customer service, warehousing, maintenance, and relations.
• Assist customers with orders, quotes, changes, and returns via phone, email, and sales counter.
• Coordinate stocking levels with Sales Representatives to meet local requirements.
• Supervise branch team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Plan tasks to achieve goals and communicate company policies to staff.
• Back up all positions within the branch when needed and advise on e-commerce services.
• Support team and customers with service escalations and issue resolution.
• Engage in growth opportunities locally and nationally; promote from within.
