Dovel Technologies, Inc is hiring an Operations Manager / Lead in Norfolk, VA. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering data analytics, systems engineering, data governance, digital modernization, and mission assurance for Navy Reserve initiatives.

The role interfaces with government stakeholders, guiding strategic direction, prioritization, and contract performance. You will manage cost, schedule, risks, and staffing while ensuring alignment with mission objectives and contractual

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall work experience.
• Experience leading programs, projects, operations, or technical teams in government/defense.
• Experience managing project portfolios, budgets, schedules, staffing, risks, and client relations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills; able to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering analytics, systems engineering, data governance, and modernization.
• Serve as primary interface between Government stakeholders and contractor personnel; provide strategic direction.
• Oversee program execution across projects, monitoring cost, schedule, performance, risks, staffing and deliverables.
• Lead development and review of PMPs, MSRs, quarterly reviews, and executive briefings.
• Drive process improvement, workforce development, and data-driven decision-making.
