Amazon in Colorado Springs, CO seeks an Operations Manager to lead a diverse team of salaried and hourly staff, driving safety, quality and performance. You will push improvements with data-driven decisions and partner with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention and HR.

Responsibilities cover First Mile to Last Mile operations, productivity planning, and ensuring on-time, accurate customer deliveries while maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and be prepared for long shifts in a loud environment
