Job summary

Accounting Search in Richmond, VA seeks a General Operations Manager to oversee branch operations, sales and production for office clientele and staff.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of custom residential construction, capacity to manage multiple homes, and a servant-leader management style to drive Production & Sales processes and team growth. DOE salary ~125–140k with bonuses and allowances.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of custom residential construction
• Experience in managing multiple homes in production
• Ability to recruit/hire/train/mentor staff and subs

Responsibilities

• Review new leads with Sales Team
• Review advertising and approve budget
• Updates with Division President weekly
• Review sales pipeline, contracts, Starts, Warranty, Settlements
• Recruit/hire/train/mentor/supervise employees, subs and vendors
• Networking expertise
• Negotiate contracts & Hire subs and suppliers
• Review overhead costs and general P&L
• Address customer concerns & communicate resolutions
