Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Wytheville, VA is seeking a General Operations Manager to lead branch operations, sales and production for our custom home-building teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of residential construction, experience overseeing multi-home production, and a servant-leader style to mentor staff and subs.

You will be from/familiar with the Wytheville/Tri-Cities area and will coordinate with local vendors to ensure smooth operations and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations, sales and production for the office clientele and staff.
• Review leads with Sales Team and manage budget approvals.
• Oversee project starts, warranties, settlements and pipeline.
• Recruit/hire/train/mentor/supervise employees, subs and vendors.
