Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level education preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
• Focus on client and customer service, entrepreneurship, and growing a strong business.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, senior management, and Aramark staff.
• Reading and implementing contractual requirements to address operational issues.
• Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability leading through other managers.
• Experience creating and managing a department budget and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services and hands-on execution of operations.
• Manages client and community relationships at the location, developing plans to provide optimal service and drive satisfaction.
• Builds and leads a management team and staff to achieve organizational objectives.
• Recommends methods and resources for service improvement and growth based on contractual obligations.
• Partners with Finance to manage a budget and design improvements to optimize financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and records.
• Upholds Aramark standards of operation and safety policies.
