Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field and 1 year’s experience in an operations/distribution/logistics environment with supervision; OR 1 year as Walmart Logistics Area Manager; OR 3 years in a similar role supervising, evaluating and developing managers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and implement the business plan, manage staffing and scheduling, assign duties and coordinate workloads.
• Monitor productivity and ensure training, quality, safety, and policy compliance.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns; supervise and develop leaders; hire and promote staff; coach and evaluate performance.
