Job summary

Parkwell is hiring a Director of Operations in a full-time role in Southern California. The position oversees a portfolio of accounts, drives operational performance, and grows profitability while mentoring Project Managers to create leaders across the organization.

The role emphasizes B2B client engagement, executive stakeholder collaboration, and a people-first culture with strong financial acumen and data-driven improvements. The schedule calls for 45+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Parking and Hospitality experience is a Must.
• Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background check.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 3-5 years of parking management experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of client relationship management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated B2B experience with clients, owners, asset managers and other stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead client discussions, resolve issues, and deliver service.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and scale high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills across multiple systems.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.
• Need broader experience than residential property management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to supervisors and managers to ensure accountability.
• Coach and develop Project Managers into best-in-class operators and leaders.
• Mentor team members to build a strong internal leadership pipeline.
• Develop and maintain a positive culture aligned with Vision, Mission and Values.
• Lead client meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and forecasting for accounts.
• Aggregate and analyze data to drive decision-making and reporting.
