WPP Media is seeking an Operations, Associate Director to lead delivery excellence and financial stewardship for complex marketing solutions. You will manage end-to-end projects, align cross-functional teams, and translate business needs into structured plans while controlling risks and costs.

Your role spans strategic delivery, operational rigor, and team leadership, delivering measurable impact and scalable workflows across US-based accounts.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in Project Management or Operations in a fast-paced agency.
• Commercial acumen with understanding of project financials and budgeting.
• Experience managing digital projects across media, creative, or integrated marketing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Hands-on use of project management tools Wrike, Asana, Jira or Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery across U.S.-based teams from intake to closeout.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and actionable workflows aligned with processes.
• Coordinate cross-discipline teams to meet milestones and dependencies.
• Identify risks and issues; escalate and resolve with stakeholders.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communications and progress visibility.
• Ensure process adherence and drive continuous improvement in ways of working.
• Assist rollout of new workflows, tools, and operating models.
