Job summary

VALCOURT Exterior Building Services of New Jersey is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Millstone Township, NJ to oversee day-to-day performance of our commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair and building-envelope projects.

The role requires leading project managers, superintendents, foremen and field crews, coordinating with estimating, safety, accounting and administration, and driving safety, quality and on-time delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of commercial construction operations leadership.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proven ability to improve operational performance.
• Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial waterproofing, façade projects.
• Lead project managers, superintendents, and field crews.
• Coordinate with estimating, safety, accounting, and admin teams.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans for underperforming projects.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company standards.
• Support branch growth through staffing and resource planning.
• Foster a safety-focused culture and continuous improvement.
