Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day management, administration, and reporting of all business activities, from planning and budgeting to delivery, inventory accuracy, and safety programs.

You will guide a cross-functional team, optimize processes, maintain cycle counts and inventory levels, monitor P&L implications, and ensure OSHA/GMS compliance while delivering exceptional service to customers and drivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in operations, logistics or construction material distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, administration, and reporting.
• Manage inventory, cycle counts, and execute P&L related oversight.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve productivity, safety, and service.
• Ensure OSHA and internal policies are followed across warehouse and jobsite.
