Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate plant operations, production, and personnel.
• Develop annual budgets and manage expenses within budget.
• Improve safety, quality, and process efficiency across the facility.
• Lead process improvements and capital projects from planning to completion.
• Support audits, safety reviews, and incident investigations.
• Provide training and mentor production staff; ensure proper staffing.
