Qualifications

• Strong background in batch chemical production process.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in chemical industry or distribution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers.
• Driven, proactive individual who works well with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate operations and production at the facility.
• Develop annual expense and capital budgets and manage operational activities to control costs.
• Improve safety, product quality, and operational efficiency through procedures and training.
• Lead safety initiatives and maintain a positive, engaged production team.
• Participate in audits, customer plant visits, and regulatory reviews.
• Drive capital projects from inception to completion.
