Job summary

odorzX is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. You will manage labor, productivity goals, quality control, and reporting while promoting a safe and efficient environment.

Responsibilities include documenting vehicle conditions and maintaining client relationships in a fast-growing company. The ideal candidate has automotive service experience, strong MS Office skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive technician, detailer, or related fields preferred.
• Must have 1 year of experience handling similar responsibilities.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license with clean record (past 3 years).
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and pass insurance requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent software.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor, daily productivity goals, and daily/weekly reports.
• Identify and document vehicle conditions while promoting safety and efficiency.
• Develop processes and standards to maximize productivity and safety.
• Monitor P&L, labor costs, and overall efficiency.
• Drive team engagement and accountability; build client relationships.
• Create procedures to maintain stability and maximum output.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
