ODORZX is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage labor, daily productivity goals, quality control, and daily/weekly reports. You will identify vehicle conditions while promoting a safe, efficient working environment and drive team engagement for high output.

This full-time role requires supervisory experience, ability to handle multiple tasks, and strong communication with clients. Benefits are included and growth opportunities are available in a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience handling similar job responsibilities.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass required insurance requirements to be eligible for employment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Operate equipment to clean interiors to required standards.
• Keep accurate records of work performed.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
