The AmeriLux Family of Companies in De Pere, Wisconsin seeks a results-driven Production/Manufacturing Department Head to lead a growing team and own the full department. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics while coaching staff toward peak performance.

Responsibilities include daily production against plan, OSHA compliance, cost control, and continuous improvement of processes and layout. This role offers advancement opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production or manufacturing department with direct people management.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and safety program ownership.
• Experience with safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
