Responsibilities include daily output alignment with schedule, OSHA compliance, incident response, and improving process efficiency. The role offers opportunities for advancement with a strong focus on people management and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production or manufacturing department, including direct people management.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and safety program ownership.
• Experience with safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
