Job summary

Dillons, a Kroger banner, seeks a Supervisor for day-to-day operations at the Hutchinson, KS distribution center. You will oversee receiving, selection, loading, and hourly staff productivity, while modeling our core values of respect, integrity, diversity and safety.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations with supervisors, ensuring safety standards, planning staffing, and coaching hourly associates to meet labor and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years supervisory experience expected.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop hourly associates.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisors and Manager on daily operations.
• Promote safety and sanitation in all areas.
• Plan daily/weekly staffing and production needs.
• Collaborate with other areas to maximize productivity.
• Ensure order accuracy and meet expectations.
• Conduct meetings with hourly associates.
• Oversee personnel records for all associates.
• Develop and train hourly staff.
• Generate productivity reports and monitor labor hours within budget.
