Job summary

Clean the World Foundation in Orlando, FL is seeking an Operations Lead (Non-Exempt) to run the day-to-day flow of the distribution and receiving center. You will schedule inbound/outbound loads, maintain inventory accuracy, and direct safe, efficient movement of product on the dock and in the warehouse.

You will lead floor associates, solve problems on the spot, and collaborate with hospitality, recycling, and events teams to keep product moving in a fast-paced, high-throughput operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification, or ability to certify within 30 days of hire.
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification within 90 days of hire.
• Flexibility in scheduling.
• Minimum of 3 years in a warehouse/logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound loads to keep shipping/receiving on time.
• Maintain inventory controls and accuracy; resolve discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely.
• Stage and organize loads; build pallets and optimize space.
• Lead and direct associates on the floor for safe, efficient work.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are properly wrapped and documented.
