Checkr in Nashville, TN is hiring an Associate Manager, Operations to lead our Manual Verifications team, ensuring high quality verifications and accurate data.

You will drive KPI tracking, QA, coaching, and continuous improvement, partnering with product and customer teams to meet SLAs and scale our workflow in a fast‑paced environment.

This role requires leadership in call center operations, strong communication, and a bias for action in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in call center operations, or similar.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years leading projects or peers to achieve goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships with reports, peers, executives and clients.
• Data-driven problem solving and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of verification specialists with coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Track metrics, prepare weekly reports, maintain documentation, escalate critical issues.
• Analyze quality failures, conduct audits, ensure SLAs and company standards.
• Identify trends, develop corrective action plans, implement solutions to gaps.
• Design and deliver training on quality protocols, workflows, products, and customer personas.
• Collaborate with leadership on initiatives and ensure cross-functional deliverables are met.
