Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise vessel operations and labor allocations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor requirements; manage grievances.
• Coordinate loading/unloading to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate shift reports and records; monitor documentation.
