Job summary

Nautilus International Holding Corporation seeks an Operations Manager I for the Grays Harbor terminal in Aberdeen, WA. You will lead daytime vessel operations, direct ILWU labor, and ensure safe, efficient cargo handling to meet service commitments.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will coordinate with customers, rail, PMA, and port stakeholders, drive safety programs, and uphold regulatory compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-3 years' experience in terminal operations supervision.
• Valid driver's license and TWIC access required.
• Knowledge of terminal equipment operations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises cargo-handling operations shift-to-shift.
• Manages ILWU labor assignments and corrective actions for non-compliance.
• Coordinates vessel operations for timely, cost-effective loading/unloading.
• Maintains shift records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
• Interfaces with customers, rail, PMA, and port stakeholders.
