Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1–2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Works well both independently and within a team environment.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Utilization of PDA and POS Systems.
• Work varying hours and schedules including early mornings, mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, training, and retaining talent to build a strong team.
• Direct supervision of stockroom operations, product flow, and department allocations to meet productivity standards.
• Execute store merchandising direction, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and implement new standards and procedures.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards and follow safety practices.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and educate guests on benefits.
• Use company software, systems, and procedures proficiently.
• Inspire and motivate the team to deliver results with clear feedback.
• Foster teamwork and engagement among associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
