Qualifications

• Familiarity with Zebra PDA, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, and managing talent of a diverse range of associates.
• Championing our credit and loyalty programs and educating guests on benefits.
• Execute and lead store merchandising direction, product flow, and store operations to ensure brand consistency.
• Use business reports to guide decisions and drive high performance and results.
• Guide operational accuracy, process, and workload efficiency.
• Understand and use company standard software, systems, and procedures.
• Inspire and motivate the team through feedback, coaching, and recognition programs.
• Create teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned
