The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in startup environments, proven capabilities in driving efficiencies, and expertise in AI automation. Responsibilities include collaborating with the CEO, optimizing processes, and building strong relationships within the food and agriculture sectors. This role is based in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in operating roles, ideally in food/ag or supply chain.
• Track record in high-growth startup environments, especially in marketplace contexts.
• Experience with AI automation for supply chain or e-commerce operations.
