Job summary

ABB is seeking a Project Operations Manager to lead the operational aspects of order management, procurement, document control, inventory and logistics while driving continuous improvement across teams. The role reports to the Project Operations Manager and supports ABB's Electrification Solutions in NAM, with hybrid work options based in Lake Mary, FL or Houston, TX.

The candidate will mentor and develop staff, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure adherence to ABB policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, manufacturing or supply chain.
• Proven track record of mentoring & coaching team members to grow and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational order management, procurement, document control, inventory and logistics management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across teams using ABB methodologies.
• Ensure projects are supported and managed per ABB policies and controls.
• Travel approximately 25% as required.
